How it works - from booking - arrival - departure

Step 1

BOOK

Make an on line booking
Pick date & time slot
Complete payment
Receive a confirmation email with access details

Step 2

ARRIVAL

Upon arrival drive into yard closing gate behind you

If field occupied wait in designated waiting area to the left of the field entry gate.

If field is empty   use your secure key safe code that was emailed to you.  Take the key to unlock the padlock and enter the field .  Lock thepadlock behing you.  Park on the hard standing adjacent to the secure ring

Step 3

WALK

Enjoy your walk!   View the field map in the middle grass path.  You can walk around and inbetween the trees & use the secure ring and agility equipment.

Please use the provided bags and bins for waste disposal

Please use the dog and boot wash in the secure ring

Step 4

DEPARTURE

Monitor your time and ensure enough time to return to your car

Please ensure you have vacated the field before your session ends

Please ensure you have put the key back into the key safe.

Ensure all waste is disposed of in the correct bins

Ensure boot wash/dog wash tap is secureley turned off

Close all gates on your departure

Drive considerately sticking to 5mph speed limit on exiting the premises
