Noise & Behaviour Policy – Tails in the Trees Dog Walking Park
To make sure everyone enjoys a safe and peaceful visit (and to keep our neighbours happy), we ask all customers to follow these simple rules:
🐾 Control & Supervision
-
Dogs must be kept under control at all times.
-
Please discourage persistent or excessive barking. If your dog becomes noisy, call them back and redirect their attention.
🕒 Booking Rules
-
Visits are by appointment only — no walk-ins.
-
Maximum 4 dogs per booking. Please don’t combine groups to exceed this limit.
-
Please arrive and leave promptly to avoid overlapping with the next booking.
🔇 Noise Restrictions
-
No whistles, loud commands, or amplified sound equipment on site.
-
Please avoid loud shouting — calm dogs are happy dogs!
📣 Consideration for Others
-
Our field is close to local homes, so please be mindful of noise when arriving, exercising your dogs, and leaving the site.
-
Persistent breaches of this policy may result in bookings being refused.
📞 Contact
If you have any concerns during your visit, or if something isn’t working as expected, please contact:

✅ By booking, you agree to follow this policy. Thank you for helping us keep Tails in the Trees safe, fun, and respectful for everyone.
Would you like me to also design a short complaints statement for neighbours (like a flyer or webpage note) so they know exactly how to contact you if they have issues — which looks extra transparent to the council?
