At Tails in the Trees, we want every visit to be a positive one – for you and your dogs. We take all feedback seriously and aim to deal with complaints fairly, quickly, and with common sense.

How to Make a Complaint

Please provide as much detail as possible (date/time of visit, what happened, and any photos if relevant).​
What Happens Next

We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.

We’ll look into the issue and aim to respond fully within 10 working days.

If more time is needed (for example, if we need to check CCTV or speak to other visitors), we’ll keep you updated.
