Complaints Policy – Tails in the Trees Secure Dog Park

At Tails in the Trees, we want every visit to be a positive one – for you and your dogs. We take all feedback seriously and aim to deal with complaints fairly, quickly, and with common sense.

How to Make a Complaint

  • You can speak to us directly while on site, or contact us afterwards by email or phone at : andybroomschristmastrees@gmail.com/ 07947110790 / 07951563137.

  • Please provide as much detail as possible (date/time of visit, what happened, and any photos if relevant).​

 

What Happens Next

  1. We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.

  2. We’ll look into the issue and aim to respond fully within 10 working days.

  3. If more time is needed (for example, if we need to check CCTV or speak to other visitors), we’ll keep you updated.

 

Our Approach

  • We’ll always listen to your concerns and treat you with respect.

  • We’ll investigate fairly, keeping in mind the safety and wellbeing of all visitors and dogs.

  • If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll hold our hands up and do what we can to put it right.

  • Where complaints highlight ways we can improve, we’ll use them to make positive changes.
